Store Return Policy

Your satisfaction with any purchase made on this website is very important to us. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 calendar days of receipt.

Returned product must be in unused conditions with tags attached.

All imported merchandise comes directly from the fine Italian designers and manufacturers. All items offered for sale are documented and guaranteed to be new and authentic. All items are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to you.

If you have a question or problem, please contact us prior to placing your order or immediately after its receipt. We will do everything possible to accommodate you and to resolve any open issues. Your satisfaction is our prime concern!

Shipping charges for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility.

We strongly recommend using shipping methods that provide a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. All returned items must be in the brand new unused condition with all brand tags attached & in the original dust bags and packaging. “New and unused” means that there are no scratches or marks on the item & there are no signs of wear on the product. We will not accept merchandise with the smell of tobacco or perfume.

Packaged and Shipped with Care
All bags are shipped stuffed with original manufacturers’ paper stuffing to preserve the shape of the bag. Each item is carefully wrapped by our experienced packaging service and placed in the absolutely new and unused cardboard box before it is shipped to you. Both domestic and international delivery charges are based on the weight of the product shipped, dimension of the packaging box and destination zip code. All prices are expressed in U.S. currency.

Insurance
We also purchase shipping insurance for you for every shipment. We pay for your insurance. All the rates quoted on the shipping charges do not include insurance costs. We absorb the cost of insuring your purchase.

International Shipping Information

Standard Delivery

We offer a promotional FREE SHIPPING option to the United States including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and to APO addresses. We ship within 2 days and will update tracking information to your order. Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 1 business day (Central US) to 5 business days (West Coast) delivery time from shipping date.

Express Delivery

If selected, your order should arrive 1-2 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST). Please note two-day orders placed after 12:00 noon (CST) Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping. Second-day and next-day shipping is not available to post office boxes.
